CLEARNEON is blacklight reactive paint available in
a liquid and an aerosol - the only one of its kind!. It is
completely clear when not under black light. It is not glow
in the dark, it is invisible without a blacklight. It can be
thinned to use in an airbrush, is safe for skin, and washes
off in the shower or laundry. It can also be used on fabric,
